Fallout 76 Update 16 Comes out today with a Lot of Interesting Features

Fallout 76 is ready to launch its biggest update of the year that everyone is waiting for. Fallout 76 Update 16is ready to arrive today i.e. on Tuesday 10th December 2019. Interestingly, this update is releasing on the best time of the year as its time for holidays. The latest Fallout 76 Update features many new and interesting choices for the users.  The update includes Nuclear Winter Map, a true solo mode for Private Worlds and new festive-themed events. Other than this, for the ones that haven’t played the game yet, a free trial is given to the users in order to check how the game looks like at the moment.

Choice in Nuclear Winter Maps

There were a lot of requests from candidates since the launch of Morgantown that wanted the ability to choose whether which map they’d like to play on during a match. Luckily with Update 16, the Forest Map is returning alongside Morgantown. The candidates now will be able to give a vote for the map of their choice at the start of each new match. The map that receives the most votes will be selected for that match then.

New Option for Private Worlds

Fallout 76 Update is offering true solo experience by introducing an option for private Worlds. Due to immense requests from candidates, two options have been added in Fallout 76 when you highlight the Private World mode. In this mode, you will be able to switch between two modes i.e. “Team Only” or “All Friends”.  The first option allows you to join a private server with those you’ve already made a team with.  The “All Friends” option allows anyone on your friend list to enter into the server that you’re playing just like Private Worlds works now.

Holiday Gifts from the Scorched

 The Fallout 76 update also introduces a Holiday scorched event that starts from December 12 and ends on December 26. During this period, Scorched enemies will appear in a festive appear. Find them out or hear their jingle bells and you’ll be able to hunt them down. Each of the scorched enemies you kill will drop you a Holiday Gift for you to open.  The gifts can be low, medium or high quality and can have anything in it from a lump of coal to rare recipes and strategies.

Claim free Santatron bot from Atomic Shop

With the new Fallout 76 Update 16, you will be able to claim a free Santatron bot from the Atomic Shop. This feature will be available for a limited time after Update 16 arrives. Form the Santatron Station C.A.M.P. and the bot will roam around the nearby area. It will collect treats for you like candy, toys, and coals. It will also occasionally give you a Holiday Gift of random quality while the Scorched event is active.

Halloween-themed Nuclear Event makes a Comeback

For those who missed Fallout 76’s Halloween-themed event, don’t be sad. With the Fallout 76 Update, you will be able to complete the challenges and earn its rewards again too. This event will run from December 11 to December 16and has been renamed Nightmare Preceding Christmas. Other than this, a Christmas challenge will start from December 17 and end on January 6. It will offer a set of six new Christmas-themed Nuclear Winter challenges and cosmetic awards.

Free Trial Weekend

Other than all of these exciting features from Fallout 76’s update, there will also be a free trial weekend from December 12 to December 16. This free trial will be available on PC, PS4, Xbox One, so you can try in on your own. A Double XP event will also be active during the same weekend.

So, don’t even wait for a moment and install this game on your PCs, PS4 and Xbox One and have a wonderful time spending your holidays playing Fallout 76.
