CPU & GPU
Microsoft packed Surface Duo with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Chip. While in the GPU slot, we will have Adreno 640. This combination of CPU+GPU along with 6GB of Ram easily makes Surface Duo a pretty powerful device. So there should be no worries regarding its performance stability. The device has the capability to stay smooth for a number of next few years.
Design & Display
The display of Surface Duo is no doubt the most notable factor if we focus on the model name. Well, it has a dual display of 5.6 inches, while when unfolded it offers a huge 8.1 inches of display. Display technology is Amoled with a capacitive touchscreen. If we talk about the design of Surface Duo, it has similarities with Microsoft Surface Pro.
Camera
I don’t know what Microsoft thought while deciding about the camera section. But they include only 1 camera in this device. Yup, Surface Duo has a primary 11 MP of the camera with f/2.0 aperture. Apart from that the camera offers various modes too like low light, HDR, Multi-Frame captures, Super Zoom up to 7x. It also supports 4K and 1080p video recording 30fps and 60fps along with electronic image stabilization.
Battery and Storage
Microsoft is offering dual batteries of 3577 mAh. Not that powerful if we compare it with other dual-screen models. But still, I would say that it is good enough able to give all the day performance. Similarly, if we talk about the storage capacity, there are 2 options available with a difference in price. If we get Surface Duo with 128 GB storage, it will cost users $1399. While the 256 GB model will cost $1500.
