3070 is going to be a budget-friendly GPU but with no compromise in performance factors. This $499 GPU is capable enough to handle games with ultra settings on 2K resolution. Some of its relevant features are a bit better than the previous RTX 2080ti. While far better than the RTX 2070 almost up to 60% faster. So if it suits your gaming requirements (I think it will) you can consider RTX 3070 as a budget-friendly option. It will be available somewhere in the month of October.
