Well, the app has a simple User Interface (UI) with an option of both Urdu & English Language. Moreover, the Qeemat Punjab App has almost 46 items, including vegetables, fruits, and poultry with daily updated rates. At the last, there is an option to register the complaints if you see any price hike or compromise in quality.
According to PITB, they have received more than 23,647 complaints by users on Qeemat App. While the related authorities have successfully resolved more than 23,516. So the response ratio is pretty good with the effective outcomes. On the development side, there are some flaws like spelling mistakes in the app that needs to be resolved.
Developers have eyes on it and working to solve the issues. Apart from that, I think Qeemat Punjab App is a good initiative by the Government of Punjab. It will help to keep things in order. Market Mafia will learn to have no compromise in providing the quality products to buyers at Government selected rates.
