Microsoft finally unveils the Price of the new Wireless Xbox Controllers

On Monday, 21 September, Microsoft finally unveiled the price and availability of the new wireless Xbox controllers. It has revealed a new lineup of accessories before the official launch of Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. The interesting fact that will catch the eye of the users here is that Microsoft has also unveiled a completely new and beautiful color for its Xbox Series X controller.

Along with the already seen Carbon Black and Robot White color for the controllers, there’s a third Shock Blue color introduced. The Shock Blue wireless Xbox Controller features a bold blue top case, ABXY buttons, Black Hybrid D-pad, and a white back case. This newly introduced controller is truly a game-changer as it’s so elegant and its design is truly striking. Xbox in a release said;

Just like the new Xbox Wireless controllers in carbon black and robot white, our new shock blue is optimized for next-gen gameplay.

Pre-orders for Microsoft Xbox Series X and Series S have already been started from today. Moreover, the release date of these wireless Xbox controllers is the same as that of the next-gen consoles. They’ll be available to order on November 10 so you can buy these amazing, greatly featured controllers.

Wireless Xbox Controllers Price remains the Same as its Predecessors

The company says that the consoles will also work with the existing Xbox One controllers and gamepads. But in case you need an improved wireless Xbox controller that has a dedicated Share button, detailed modification, and low latency connection as revealed in March, you’d surely go for it. The confirmed price of the Xbox Series X wireless controllers will be $59.99. This is the same price as that of its predecessor and it similarly uses AA batteries for its operation.

A new and quite helpful feature of the controller is that you can quickly pair with, play, and switch between different digital devices. This means that you can easily switch the controller between devices like the iOS, Android, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. The controller also comes with Bluetooth, which means that you can pair it with any 3.5mm stereo headset jack.

For gamers, Xbox will also release the Xbox Rechargeable Battery + USB-C cable. This will allow users to plug in the rechargeable battery into the controller. With this battery, the controller will fully charge in less than four hours with before, after, or while playing. The price of this Xbox Rechargeable Battery + USB-C cable is $24.99. Xbox Series X and Series S along with dedicated wireless Xbox controllers will be available for pre-order from today i.e. September 22. And it’ll be available worldwide starting from November 10.
